Be fair and have self forgiveness. Don't do self blame and perpetuate the problem

  • When you're having disappointment, it's easy to fall into that rut and let it discourage us. But when we start to become aware of it it's good to stop that negative self talk and try to be more encouraging and supportive of ourselves. It's nice to give us that compassion and tell ourselves what we do know rather than ask those questions that torment and torture us that we can't answer

    I don't comment on youtube much but I've listened to a lot of your videos and I find them motivating. So thankyou.
    I have my own unique challenges with a disorder where my brain sucks at processing light. For 30 years i didnt know why i couldnt just get by in life. I'm left with a lot of trauma from it but i have to keep forgiving myself or else I'll let my past hold my future back.

Because I know that feeling of how it can affect us. It makes us feel like what's the point? But I'm glad your starting to be aware of that self blame and how it can affect us.
