How do you know how much food to put for each meal for calories and protein? That’s the only thing I struggling with for starting my meal prep for the week.
Ok this is my year for the weight gain!! I'm scared to go to the gym now and burn the weight I have off I have a very high metabolism. My goal Is to get to at least 55 kg!! I'm so far 47kg few months ago I was 42kg I struggle with food I just never have energy to make food! What is the best thing to do like snack atleast 30 mins before cooking?? I'm not much of a snacker either !! But I really want to gain healthy weight 😅 reasons for it is for my energy levels and also for people to think I have an eating disorder lol I really don't I just have no energy to cook 😅 ♥️
