Love your videos!! Your food always looks so good. I am a beginner at the gym (again) and I’m trying to lose weight while keeping my protein intake high. Is it normal that I feel bloated af by the end of the day? It makes me like I’m eating a lot but according to my calorie tracker I’m eating either enough or I’m under. Thanks 🥹
Thank you!💛 Yes, it is totally normal to feel bloated. I feel bloated at night sometimes too from all the eating. That's why first thing in the morning I warm up a cup of water, squeeze half a lemon and add a tiny bit of organic raw honey(optional). This helps with my bloating and to clear my skin. One thing I'm going to try is an olive oil shot with lemon. I will explain more of that in my next WIEIAD video. (:
Glad to see your weight loss journey is going so well. I’m also working to lose some weight but focusing on recomposition and tracking my macros. I work out 6 days a week as well. Love your videos and the inspiration on food ideas.
For the pickled onions. I only used salt but you can use other seasonings if you'd like. For a whole onion I used about 5 limes. You don't need to fill up the whole container with juice. Fill it up at least half way through.☺
@@Amberrgamez yes! I’m from Minnesota. My boyfriend and I are so interested in moving temporarily to Dallas. Just for a few years but we don’t have any family or anything there so we’re somewhat nervous
Yes, it was in the beginning for me. After a while you start getting use to it(: If you're craving something sweet then eat something sweet but of course portion size matters. I always look for healthier alternatives too.

How long do you wait to eat in between meals?
My breakfast and lunch is about 3 hrs apart and dinner is around 5 hours after lunch. Snacks are randomly in between.
