ステーキの焼き方を家庭用火力で実演

家庭に備え付けられているガスコンロの火力と同等かそれ未満のIHクッキングヒーターを使ってステーキを焼いていきます。
今回は黒毛和牛のステーキ厚切り3cm300gのものを使っています。
