I DID IT. Bought a Ford box van yesterday. Now, the journey begins. I have been dreaming of this for years. I plan to do a no build first, then build it out. So many plans and ideas are swimming in my brain. I'm looking forward to the adventures.

Neat set up - she packs a lot of stuff in there. You know, Jan, one thing that would help me to really process what I’m looking at would be to step back a bit with the camera and give more of a “whole van” look. All the close ups leave me a little lost after a while. 🤓

Really liked your van tour👌! All set for your first time in the desert. I would like to suggest the No Rinse body wash concentrate. I half and half it with water in a spray bottle and use it to wash my hands when I'm out. It sprays on sudsy and can be just wiped off. It smells clean and doesn't contain any anti-bacterial agents or alcohol. Great on the skin! I special order from Costco pharmacy, or it's available at medical supply stores.
Great setup! But I have to say, whatever the laws are in any state if you have to defend yourself because your life depends on it, say a prayer as you use whatever force you need to use.
It's extremely rare for a camper to be attacked. You're in much more danger in a house or apartment that can be easily broken into. You can't start your house up and drive away. 😊
Great step ladder! I like how Teresa stored her paper towel roll! I get so tired of clipping/unclipping to use. What type of case was that? She is setup wonderfully to travel extended lengths of time. I have an induction stovetop and found, Walmart of all places, a 10" induction pan with lid. Copper Chef. You can do any form of cooking with it, including stove-to-oven. $20. I use it over my butane stovetop when I'm not at an electric hookup.
My husband is like hers, he loves when I go on a road trip in my van and sometimes he flies in to meet me where I am. We both support each other’s hobbies and adventures and we always come together.

I was told the Hinda Odyssey Elite is alittle longer than your Chrysler. Their both minivans which have you found to be larger and how is your gas mileage. The Honda is 28 highway?
Theresa and I have the plug-in hybrid Pacifica. Chrysler rates it 82 mpg if you plug it in every day. You don't ever have to plug it in and it will act like a Sienna hybrid and get around 40 mpg.
I wonder if she knows she can power all of her electronics with the vans hybrid system. She can tap into the vans big hybrid battery through the vans vans 12v battery and inverter. Allot of people that turn hybrids into campers, do that.

That could work unless you don't start the car occasionally. My plug in hybrid had to be jump started after a few days of not moving.
