Il termometro/igrometro ha bisogno della connessione alla rete wifi della mia abitazione per funzionare ? Grazie.

Depending on whether you buy the WiFi version or not.
There is a WiFi version and a Zigbee version of this device.
      -WiFi version:
Needs to be connected to 2.4G WiFi to work properly.
      -Zigbee version:
Needs to be connected to the Tuya Zigbee gateway to work properly.

Hello, I have one of these models.
Suddenly it stopped working and the light just stays red, I've tried pressing its black button for several seconds and it doesn't come back on.
Could you tell me what it could be?

    • @Fred-02

      Hello, my friend.
Usually the indicator light doesn't come on because the battery is running low, the
You can try to replace the battery.

Hi, It was stuck on the red light.
Really was running on low battery. It was a surprise for me, as I was replaced a battery less than 10 days ago. In the last replace took more than 50 days.... But I already found the reason. Thanks.@@Fred-02

Is it possible to adjust or calibrate the temperature? It indicates 2 or 3 grades above real temperature.

As far as I know, the current WiFi version of this model does not support manual calibration of temperature and humidity data.

This model does not currently support active calibration, and their update frequency uses a triggering mechanism where the device will only report data when the temperature and humidity data change reaches a specified value.@@mondav2071

I have same sensor and I tried to connect with SmartLife and I can’t. I tried and with the slowly blink, but I can’t find smartlife hotspot.
The device works only with wi-fi or need bridge?

    • @Fred-02
      @Fred-02  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Friends.
Wi-Fi devices can work directly connected to 2.4G Wi-Fi.
Zigbee devices need to work with Zigbee gateway to work properly.
First of all, you need to confirm whether your device is a Wi-Fi device or a Zigbee device.
You mentioned "slow blinking", this is the AP mode to add devices, usually you can use "fast blinking" to add devices in fast add mode.
There are several possible reasons for not being able to connect, you can check them one by one:
      1. Whether the Wi-Fi is 2.4G.
2.Whether the battery of the device is normally charged (1.5V).
      3. whether the device is a Wi-Fi device or a Zigbee device.

Finally in my case the battery was responsible.
Make sure you put full batteries in the device.

After one year the three devices that I have stopped working. All with brand new batteries, when T&H sensor adding appears on the app suddenly stopped blinking (both methods (BLE-Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi) and both methods (slow/quickly). When working the devices eat batteries.

@@Fred-02 After press mi Wi-Fi net, next, detecting, dectected one device, connect...as soon as the app change to "adding T&H Sensor" the device stop blinking. The app indicator continues adding (with indicator led not blinking) shortly after (15-20s) shows "adding device fails". Tried many times with fast and slowly blinking.

@@2006palabras If you have not replaced your WiFi router in the meantime, it is recommended that you try asking the seller of the product, who may be able to check if the device itself is faulty or if the device is connected incorrectly via the device ID.

No, this device must work with WiFi.

Can anyone explain why this device refuses to operate over a slower internet connection?
I have the device in my greenhouse cinnected via a very slow 1 mbps line.
The line speed is low, but the wifi signal strength is extremely strong. The greenhouse has a dedicated wifi router with the same ssid and password as the rest of my network.
The device works perfectly happily connected to any of my wifi routers when they are directly linked to our fibre-optic network.
But they refuse to work over a low speed power line network to any wifi router.
I have no issue with other smart devices, smart extension leads work perfectly happily over a low connection as long as the wifi is strong.
But im yet to find a smart humidity/temperature sensor that will work.
Is it because they are all low power WiFi devices?
If so, I dont understand the logic behind the device point blank refusing to connect on a slow network with strong wifi.
It isnt like they are transmitting masses of data. It cant make sense of why they not connect at all either.

    • @Fred-02
      @Fred-02  หลายเดือนก่อน

      My friend,
Firstly, you can check if your WiFi is 2.4G.
Secondly, try connecting the device directly to the WiFi to see if it works when directly connected.
Lastly, it's advisable to contact the seller of the device, provide them with the device ID, and they can check the status of the device to better address the issue.
      Hope this helps you.

There are two possibilities for this situation:
      1. the device battery voltage is insufficient, you can try with a new battery.
      2. the device chip is damaged.
