Hi Brad, thanks for the drive up, always love seeing the country side & listening to you tells us all about things along the way to the property. Nice location, what a view.... Tell Cindy Hello!!!!
Am I the only one who doesn't understand Barndominiums? I don't see why they're so popular. But that wood cooking stove was really awesome! Beautiful property, too.
Hey Brad! So nice seeing you over in my hood. Lol. We travel those roads quite a bit. Very cool property!! Barndos are great. I can vouch for how amazing Rachel is!! What a wonderful lady!! High quality work!! Also I have to tell you that Cross Fit Wayne says hi!!

Hey….the drive to is the best part! It’s like a virtual roller coaster ride 😉 that property is a dream! Great video and I really was hoping you’d open the fridge 🤮
I hear barndominium and get high hopes. Your presentation was all I expected and looked forward to, as in all the videos of yours that I have watched. I feel the sellers of this property took the terms barndominium and slapped it on a building the size of the attached garage to said barndominium, and forgot to build the barndominium on the sidee.
it is --- and thank you. I know it frustrates people, but my responsibility to to our Agenets - and their responsibility is to the sellers. Bottomline is, the first person to jump in the car or get on a plane and get here - those folks are usually the ones who get it.
Brad you just keep reasons why I should leave Alaska and some how I need to be there after 40+ years in the wilds I'm trusting you to make the best deal how's Nannas house all out of stone

Quick comment because I am watching the entire video, I saw the price of gas at the 2:40 mark was $2.95, where I am at (now) the cheap station is only $4.19
it is --- but it ain't sold, till it closes... Sometimes these contracts are contingent upon the buyers' selling THEIR homes, then having the funds to close the new place. At the Bluegrass Team - the agents always say, 'show until closing' - as deals fall apart and you need your back up offers.
we are ready for you! Can our Team jump on a 15-minute pre-buyer consult, so we can find out where you're at? This isn't a sales call - it's literally about YOU - why you want to move to Kentucky? @jessycaconrad2443 - in a perfect world yes. But what happens if the neighbor sprays his fields? what happens if the well goes dry ? What happens if the power goes out? It takes a 30A 240VAC line to run a submersible or jet well pump... not something you're going to run on a couple solar panels. Municipal water is pulled out of deep reservoirs - with generators, up to tall tanks, then gravity fed to you. no power required. Its not a bad option at all.
@@BradSimmons Well, gee, I don't want power outages at all. So, if I can get to the point in my life where I can buy a house, I would address that. Treating water is easy. All you need is some way to filter it and boil it. Boiling water is easy. Even further, copper is germicidal. So, putting water in a copper container should kill bacteria in it.

Please send me resent sales .We are selling out to relocate.Kentuckey is our place of choice the land and peaceful living. We have three familys. Ss income.
That place is a rough hilltop of some sort, and 27 acres wouldn't even make a hobby farm. Living out of a barn is better than homelessness, but whoever thinks that property is worth $300,000+ may have money to throw around or is just mental. That kind of money would buy you thousands of acres in Russia, which is a far better country to live in than is the cultural insanity of the USA.
Yes, I think it's a bit rough for the price. Not sure about compared to Russia, ha ha. If that barn-do is just one sheet of steel for a roof and ceiling and no insulation, wow, that would be a cold winter.
