    I dont have arthritis but I was recently diagnosed with a hip labral tear. I have been beside myself because Ive been an active person all my life, working out 6 days a week. Now at 47 and just walking is painful with this condition. Im trying to avoid surgery so going the physical therapy route. This was a great workout and felt good after.

    You are a GURU.
    Doing these exercises with the 5lb weight got rid of the pain on my lower back and the back of my hips. What a relief! I will keep doing them.

    Thank you. What a great teacher you are! Very happy to have found your videos as the coronavirus is keeping me from hitting the gym like I used too. I did it again, however this time, I had 5 lb on each hand . It was a lot harder and towards the end of the sets with the 5 lb weight on each hand, I switched to a 16.9 oz water bottle on each hand to finish the 2 remaining sets. Overall, it was a great workout that gave my hip muscles a much needed workout.
    Doing this exercise with the 5 lb weight instead of the small 1lb water bottle got rid of the pain in the back of my hips 24 hrs later. I originally use the 1lb bottle because I didn't have anything heavier.

    Great wokout Alyssa. A little confusion on the lawnmower pulls (do we rise our opposite leg to the arm pulling or the same leg?).

    • @rubybrown3803

      Excellent video however the lawnmover pulls are indeed confusing. One leg is not worked out at all.

    Hello Dr Kuhn, I tried this workout last night with 3 lbs weights. My OA flared up in the right leg. I have mild OA, just diagnosed. Never had painful night. This workout didnt work. Which one is best for me? I am 40 and had a moderate exercise level since past one year. Thanks

    • @arthritisadventure
      @arthritisadventure  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would recommend to start without weights first. I would recommend trying the free 4 day challenge. It’s progressive- starts out easier and progresses to weights. www.arthritisadventure.com/optin1630359215162
