Your workout is very good and I love all the information you are giving us about joint "management". I also love your positive and non condescending spirit. So glad I discovered you!
Dr Alyssa, thank you. You are a Star. I enjoy exercising with you. I love the passion you share with us. You make everything so doable. Thank you, blesu.
Thank you! I have arthritis everywhere but especially bad in the hip and knees. Hard to find exercises that don't make me feel worse! Keep up the good work!
Second time doing this. I love this one. I like the arm exercises and the cardio too. Thank you so much for these videos. I am enjoying my adventure and journey again. I am out walking most days, too. Blessings.
I dont have arthritis but I was recently diagnosed with a hip labral tear. I have been beside myself because Ive been an active person all my life, working out 6 days a week. Now at 47 and just walking is painful with this condition. Im trying to avoid surgery so going the physical therapy route. This was a great workout and felt good after.
You are a GURU. Doing these exercises with the 5lb weight got rid of the pain on my lower back and the back of my hips. What a relief! I will keep doing them.
Thank you. What a great teacher you are! Very happy to have found your videos as the coronavirus is keeping me from hitting the gym like I used too. I did it again, however this time, I had 5 lb on each hand . It was a lot harder and towards the end of the sets with the 5 lb weight on each hand, I switched to a 16.9 oz water bottle on each hand to finish the 2 remaining sets. Overall, it was a great workout that gave my hip muscles a much needed workout. Doing this exercise with the 5 lb weight instead of the small 1lb water bottle got rid of the pain in the back of my hips 24 hrs later. I originally use the 1lb bottle because I didn't have anything heavier.
Hello I'm so glad I found ui always thought to do alot of stretching would help me but I'm so glad I seen your video that says to do exercising will help me more

Hello Dr Kuhn, I tried this workout last night with 3 lbs weights. My OA flared up in the right leg. I have mild OA, just diagnosed. Never had painful night. This workout didnt work. Which one is best for me? I am 40 and had a moderate exercise level since past one year. Thanks
I would recommend to start without weights first. I would recommend trying the free 4 day challenge. It’s progressive- starts out easier and progresses to weights. www.arthritisadventure.com/optin1630359215162
