    bro.can i know what kind of pushup or pullups routine that you do to make our shoulder,chest and arms stronger.pls share it me.im recently into breakdancing,but my arms are too weak to even handstand.i can handstand about 5-7 seconds.any tips?anything would helpp.thanks.sorry for bad english,its not my native language

    I have a problem : when i am focused to do a flare with the legs very wide i am very low and when i am focused to do a high flare my legs are not so wide . Please help me !!

    Do you have any tips or tricks on kicking higher with the sweeping leg after the first sweep? I do my power counter clockwise and my left leg (sweeping leg) is having trouble kicking up.

      That's an unusual issue! Most of the time ppl have trouble getting the right leg high when they counter-clock. I would like to see a video so i can further help you! :)

    Hey man, great tutorial. Quick question, is there a certain thing you focus on to get your hips high in the back? I have flares, but I learned them through doing shit tons of low, bad form flares over and over again and after half a year I can got them down, but I'm high in the front and low in the back. Any advice on getting them higher?

      Take a look at 1:56 and afterwards. When I reach part 4 you can actually see how much i use my abs and arm muscles to pull the hips upwards. Takes quite a lot of strength to do it, so keep on practicing that part alone! :)

      No bro, the flare is harder than the airflare. I got a lot more tired creating this tutorial than the airflare one! :)

      No, the Airflare technique is much harder to get used to than the Flare one :)

    soo.. this is my flare so far, i am having problems with my energy and also every time i go to the training my legs are already tired from work. Anyway what do you think i could do to make them smother and more centered by that i think staying in the same position while making the move.

      It sucks that work makes you so tired that you can't practice at your fullest bro, and i can understand you very much. However your flare is going great, you just need to practice it more and center will come on its own. Good luck mate :)

      @@emkayb2177 I have a small thing that might help. Try always having one toe/foot touching the ground when starting to support yourself. Also look at this vid:

      hey man, I watched your video. When you kick, your legs go behind you after the kick and its like a hollowback. Once you kick you need to bring the legs again inwards towards your chest! Your arms are ok but the legs need the fixing so that you can continue into 2 and more airflares! :)

      Not really, It may look easy because their muscles are already conditioned...
      Then you have the muscle memory so you can Go fast
      Took me months just to condition my core muscles and upper body strength and still working my way on a power move

      @@joreiaq There are lots of BBOY conditioning exercises on youtube depending on which area of your body you have develop, There's also flexibility but You can achieve that in weeks
