Hi Natalie I just found out I am pregnant and after a few losses last year due to blighted ovums, I have decided to try your meditations and schedule lots of vacations with my family to help distract myself and enjoy life again. I felt like I needed a reboot. Once I found the excitement of traveling and was looking forward to having fun I found out I am now pregnant. This pregnancy can go either way for me but I’m choosing to stay calm and be okay with whatever the outcome is. If it works out then I’m ready but if it doesn’t then I still have my vacations to look forward to with my family. I’m at peace and will stay calm either way. Thank you Natalie for showing us that the most important thing is to stay positive and calm and most of all to learn to trust your body. ❤️ ❤️

I really needed to see this video today. I am 44 (45 in November), and my hubby is 46 (47 in September). We have been actively TTC since January 2022. I had my IUD removed in December 2021. In January, February, and March of 2022, we had chemical pregnancies during those cycles. April's cycle was a normal cycle. This cycle is May 2022, our 5th month of TTC. I track with ovulation strips and my BBT using 3 apps to assist us with timing. We are praying that if God wants us to have another child this late in our ages, then it will happen. I bought my last pack of ovulation strips and when they're done, they're done. I figured if 6 months of tracking my cycles don't yield a pregnancy, then that's just how it is for us. I hope I can be this positive about it when/if it actually happens and we go through more cycles with negative pregnancies. We are only going to try naturally, so no IVF, etc.. Thank you for your videos. You should have more LIKES! Also the 7th step is definitely a go. I love this advise. 🥳

I’m 40 going on 41 in January my husband has a sperm analysis and everything looks good but he has some defective shaped sperm heads but the doctor said as long as they can swim they can get you pregnant. I’m healthy and good just been stressed and got pregnant September 22nd but miscarried September 26th I’m already testing again it was a chemical. I take several vitamins to boost ovulation and vitex for lighter Af and prenatal vitamins and iron pills. What else can I do to get pregnant faster my tubes are open and I’m all good
I've seen many women get pregnant naturally despite poor sperm factors from their partner. Glad to hear your doctor was encouraging. I'm sorry to hear you're going through these losses. With early losses that you're having, we can see you're not having trouble getting pregnancy....so ovulation isn't an issue. Given how early the pregnancies ended, it may be worth checking to see your progesterone levels are high enough (if not, you can supplement with progesterone). It's also possible that you're having autoimmune issues, but that is less common that the top reason over age 40, which is egg quality. There's also a chance it could be sperm quality, and it might be worth looking into the sperm defragmentation test. It doesn’t matter how low your AMH is. You only need one good egg to get pregnant! If you’re ovulating every month then that’s what is most important.
