Jimmy good chat mate thanks for the mention much appreciated 👍 you are right when you say we all learn from each other I have picked up lots of tips and new ways of doing things since I started my channel 👍
@@GanggangPeanut its true Mark, no one knows everything, we are always learning different things and picking up tips. Thats why i love trying to give back to this community mate.
You're a man with a big heart, you keep things real. That being said we all do things slightly different but have fun doing it! Lol. I enjoy having fun larking about down the plot. Big hugs buddy!
Ordered a grow tent from Temu £45 going to try a cardboard curtain next basically the inside painted black the window side wrapped in tin foil and put on cold conservatory windows happy growing Richardx
You and me, faffing about 😂, that’s so true, but that’s how we are and I think every body should stay true to who they are and not try and change. Like you I learn so much from watching other people and reading the comments and picking up tips here and there, the smaller channels really seem to build a great community spirit and everyone is there to help with advice to help each other get better. That fan is great for the money and will be really useful for anyone with no electricity at their plot. Really enjoyed this video Jimmy. Don’t ever change.
@@Petetrenouth always true to myself Pete, its the only way to be. What people see on camera is what they see when they meet me. I love learning and picking up tips, i also like faffing on, personally when making a video i often forget time, meaning something that should maybe be a 10 min video turns into a 20 min video and do on. But its honest down to earth people i like watching, they are always willing to help in one way or another. As you say mate, dont ever change 👍
Cheers Jimmy you reminded me that I needed to get my plant labels out the shed for my new sowing. I got the mycorrhizal fungi finally.. when would you recommend I start to use it?.. my seeds haven't even germinated yet but just so I know... thanks
@@Lauralearningtogrow hey Laura, use your Mychorizzal Fungi whenever you pot on. I was glad i remembered to bring some labels up, i have a memory like a sieve.

No, it is okay Jimmy, I was only entering because I thought the long cayenne seeds I had were eligible. I don't really have any insight into how to grow long chillies, and I think it would be more of an exercise into how to bang my head against a wall, lol. With the onions it is more clear cut as to wot needs to be done to produce big ones.
Hi buddy, please feel free to take part. If your cayenne chillies grow long, then great. We're after growing long chillies, not bothered about the type, the ones I suggested I did because they are previous record breakers.
Hi Jimmy. I bet your fire warmed up your shed up no end. Careful not to singe your jacket. I bought Cornish Giant seed last year, germinated them and then they got lost in the greenhouse with everything else growing. Giant cabbage is not on everybodies growing schedule, I must admit. Onions, carrots and chillies are doable. I think with Steve Digwells single seed potato challenge, there are enough challenges on the go. Thanks for mentioning my channel nontheless. Please keep me updated on how they come on. I think Chris Evans grew Cornish Giant. Look up Muddy Bootz Land of the giants video. Absolute first class. Before I go, have you seen John Soulsbys new upload, I think it was yesterday. What a setup !! Anyhoo, speak to ya later 👍👍🥕🥕🥕
@@allotmentjoy Hi Elaine yes i seen Johns video within 15 mins of him uploading it. His set up is great, he only lives 10 minutes away from me 😉. Yeah there are enough challenges on the go but if you wanted to do a giant cabbage challenge i would gladly take part in it 👍
