Not all musicals sound the same. There are a TON of different kind of musicals out there nowadays. All with diverse music styles and stories. Most people don't give them a chance because most commercially successful musicals sound too classical (admittedly, not my favorite kind either), but I'm willing to bet that there's a musical out there for everyone! 😉

@ my granny made sure I was “cultured” when I was young, ballet, musicals, operas, symphony etc. Honestly, most of it is lit. You guys have the open mind to be able to enjoy it for what it is. And folks performing live like that, moving sets and costumes etc, on top of acting, dancing and singing. Crazy Work. 🙌
