Bharti, thank you for not an easy practice but certainly a rewarding one! My training back in 2013 was in Kundalini yoga. I kind of shied away from it a few years ago after the teacher was proven he'll have not acted ethically. I'm happy that I did because that's how I was able to find you and Adrene two current favorites. I'm actually doing both of your 30-day practices. In addition to that since the New Year began I'm also doing a long extended pranayama practice, my yoga nidra, myself reiki, and my face yoga. Today I didn't start my practice until 6:00 at night here in Arizona so I'm pushing my way through. Immensely grateful for your presence in my life now in 2023 💙🧡💓❤️

Shubodayam madam, I cannot express in words my happiness. I missed first 3 days. However. I started continuing it. Your sessions are far better than paid courses outside.
Hi Krystle, Thank you. Basically you use the first 2 fingers and the thumb of the opposite hand to grab the big toe and then twist. If you find that difficult, you can either keep the knee bent or use a belt to loop around the foot and grab the belt.

Hi, yes Shalabhasana can be challenging as it requires core and back strength. It will become better and easier with practice. :)
