    Hi bharti, thank you for the lesson, could you please explain the difference between the pranayama practice that you taught previously and this because I was following that for a while, and I felt that more powerful than this in terms of mental relaxation. Anyway thank you 🙏

    Hi Bharti, I have a question about pranayama. The two sides of my nose feel very different, and I never seem to be able to get enough air with the right side. If I push my nostril into a different angle, it helps a bit. I think maybe I have a deviated septum. Should I skip pranayama, or push my nostril into the better position? Thank you.
    PS I enjoy your classes so much and have been progressing!
