    The whole thing has lawyers approaching constantly. During parts 1-3 there's 44 minutes of lawyers at the bench talking to judge

      Just like u wouldn't believe a drunk cop's testimony and evidence, same applies to Cop Tv show-fame hungry crooked cops.
      Separating their behavior and evidence is simply stupid.. the credibility of the source providing evidence is crucial when seeking honest justice. In this case the source that provided the evidence was proven extremely corrupt and unethical.

      This fame stunt (Cops Tv show gone wrong) is one of the biggest idiotic stunts pulled off by law enforcement since the beginning of times, but in ur opinion it was a great smart idea. Now it's 100% my last comment. The detective could have given the informant a recorder. He could have had the Chili conversation recorded too. Even though she was convicted, it could've turned out bad. I never heard a full trial, fascinating. Lawyers are ruthless! Sounds like detective is on trial.

  • @simiosoba864
    @simiosoba864 4 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    There's something not quite right about a legal system that requires the attorneys on both sides to ACT as though they believe in their clients, particularly the defence in this case. Mrs. Dippolito is a psychopath, sociopath and narcissist all rolled into one big bundle of twisted emotions. Incarceration is the only cure for this particular felon and she should never be released.

  • @sidviscus
    @sidviscus 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    I'm always skeptical of witnesses who look directly at the jury when answering questions, instead of looking at the attorney who's asking them. It makes it look like they're trying to win the jury over by looking at them, which seems manipulative. I think if you're going to answer a question, you should be looking at the person who's asking you.

      When Mike Dippolito speaks, he addresses either the judge or the jury. They hold all the cards, they will drive this train. I think it’s smart. Mike Dippolito’s good impression on us, the onlookers, seems positive. He was calm, collected, fair, truthful, and he addressed the judge and jury. 💪

      I was thinking the same thing. They should have had 2 or 3 officers who could have been available 24/7 to listen to any calls between them. The informant should have been told not to talk to Dalia without the conversation being monitored or recorded.

    Let me summarize: the detective is laughing at your "backhanded" tacticts..you thought you would swoop in and save the "Hit Man for Hire Chic" by throwing pejorative- side of the mouth comments mixing in a few lines of the law in hopes of showing the court just how smart you are.. Please go back on 20-20 again..it provides my famiy and I with entertainment.
