    Mr Jean is a wonderful witness. He answers everything and doesn’t give more info that wasn’t asked. I think he has integrity, self assurance. He is probably a wonderful policeman too.

      Tonya Cach her entire defense was “I didn’t do anything” the whole time. And somehow it took 3 trials. That’s Florida for ya. Btw - if you look at comments related to Dalia’s case/trial, the user “Singer” was Dalia herself going around trying to poison public opinion. She was doing this mostly during jury deliberations. Such a sad excuse of a human. So glad she’s locked up. Her and Jodi Arias should be cell mates.

      Marie Smith She admitted it. We went back and forth several times. Plus told me things before it went public in reference to the trial. It was either her or her attorney, but she told me it was her and she was talking to a few of us. We knew it was her even before she admitted it.

      No, you're not alone. She's already got 8 years in if you go from the time of her capture. I don't know how many years she's been out on house arrest. She got 20 years first go round and she may have only did ten of that. So she got 2 years or more to serve. If she is found guilty and I was the judge. she would be getting 30 years instead of 2, or 20 and take away all of her good time. So she still gets 20 for the conviction. I'm not a heartless prick but she's too cold and calculated for me.

      If Scarlett Johansson had been dropped on her head as a baby - this is what she'd look and sound like!
      Has anyone else noticed that whenever Dalia is being interviewed by a journalist or the police and during cross-examination - she grossly exaggerates her 'lithp' in order to sound more benign and child-like, it's very strange and demonstrates just how devious and manipulative she is.
      Women who use their sexuality to influence men stupid enough to think with their dicks are utterly toxic. It's funny how deluded she is about her looks, I think that she's absolutely grotesque - with her mouth resembling an angry baboon's arse and those stupid, empty staring eyes - as though 'the lights are on, but nobody's home'. She really is a loathsome snake.
      Incidentally, the 'surgery' her husband had undergone, was having his arse-fat lipo-suctioned, they really are a pair of greedy, dishonest, shallow, vacuous arseholes...who frankly deserved eachother.

      She ended up getting 16 years. What’s crazy is that if she would have owned up to it in the beginning, she would have probably been getting out around the time she finally started serving the 16 year sentence. I live in Alabama and when it’s not a federal conviction, the law requires that you serve a third of your sentence before you qualify for parole. So a third would have been a little over 5 years.

    @Vedioviswritingservice 5 ปีที่แล้ว +14

    All this interaction between the "Hitman" and the person who arranged it is absolutely ridiculous. Comedy gold. To have a murder committed by a professional you will not even know the identity of the hitman. You pay a sum of money, ( A large sum) to a third-party and the deed gets done. Generally, it is made to look accidental. End of story. As soon as the "Hitman" even makes contact with you and wants to have a meeting, arrange payment etc you are likely dealing with the police or a low IQ thug that will get both of you arrested.

    In this case I already knew she would lose again, funny how dalias attorney spent more time trying to diminish characters more so than talking about the legitimacy of not only her own claim and the counter argument , but that's how you knew she was going to lose, her version is that everyone was in on the idea, it's completely ridiculous if you truly believed that (which I don't believe her attorney even did ) because once the undercop got involved her lie made ZERO sense, So to compensate her attorney has to resort to diminishing characters. her own lie got her even more caught tbh she probably thought of the idea in jail

    I've watched everything right up from the first day of jury selection and this guy was the most damaging I've seen so far. Everything about this guy was bad for her defense. The video, What was said, Him, and his whole professionalism. You can tell it's not his first trial. if you get caught doing something by this guy, just go right in and plea guilty and take anything that the crown offers ! The man is an atomic bomb. I think him and that video will nail the coffin shut all by it's self.. Here is the thing. What kind of time is she going to get ? She's been on easy street for as far as I can tell. How long has she been on house arrest ? She's used up millions of tax payer dollars in what looks to be more like 3 trials over 8 years. And what ! It was all a fabrication set up for a home movie, a reality show ?

      If the state really cared abt the cost they should really think hard and honest abt all the police misconduct and missing evidence in this case. If they couldn't get a unanimous guilty verdict after showing all those juicy solid videos (that we all thought were solid), what makes anyone think a 3rd trial will be of much help, especially in today's environment where there is more awareness and education about crooked misconduct. Misconduct by law enforcement always existed but it was easier to hide than today, and it makes the good ppl in law enforcement look terrible.

    • @dirtysteve3029
      @dirtysteve3029 8 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Your response tells me that you have a problem with the police, and there for have no business being on the jury. That's what happen in this trial. 3 of the jury were prejudiced against law enforcement and should be held in contempt. She is dead to right guilty of trying to have her husband murdered on 3 different occasions, and needs to serve her time in jail for those crimes. We can't just let everyone go who decides to file an appeal with the courts and hopes that they get cop haters in their jury box !

    • @song9119
      @song9119 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      Dirty Steve
      Just to update you it was 3 jurors +2 alternate jurors that were dismissed before deliberations, so that is five jurors (that we know so far) that felt she was not guilty. I have absolutely no problem with police, most of them are decent good ppl and big heroes for serving and protecting. , but I do have a big problem with crooked corrupt police that behave in a dishonest manner and jeopardize the integrity of investigations for other agendas. For you to try to convince me or anyone else that this case didn't have severe issues in regards to the entire credibility of the case from day one, I think u r simply kidding yourself.
      The expert Police witness said it best "if any part of law-enforcement are trying to get onto the cops TV show perhaps they are in the wrong line of work", because the two things do not go well together. So instead of blaming the jury with ur contempt nonsense blame BBPD for making this whole case look like a complete mockery and fake show as ever.
      Btw, jury selection itself took almost a week, One of the questions they asked the people if they favor police for the good or the bad, therefor u probably wouldn't qualify either. They did a pretty careful jury selection, because they did not want to repeat the same mistakes as the first case with jury selection, that the appellate division reversed.

    EDIT: I want to clarify that this comment I made is not an attack on him. It's a compliment if anything. I didn't articulate the message very well bc I was making humor of it. I only mean that he is very classy, handsome & so far from gangsta in my opinion. Well, unless he's hired for undercover mob role then I'd say he might could....no...he's still too classy for it. LOL 😂 all ONLY my dumb opinions! But I never meant anything else. I do apologise sincerely.

He looks too classy for this gig. That's all I was saying. In the videos where he is supposed to be a Hitman, it's not convincing. In my opinion only. Mannerisms also is what I'm speaking of. They say he grew his hair out for the Hitman role but it was barely any hair at all. Idk. It's kinda funny. LOL 😂

    Undercover cops are easy to pick out as they usually have a forceful approach in their conversation and trying to lead convos in directions. They also have a stance about themselves and a slight over confidence or over sense of self . They also display suttle inconsistencies .....such as a strong stance, a friendly enquiring presentation with a controlling approach, and suttle not listening attributes.
