That defense attorney is an idiot! She explained everything perfectly, infact she was extremely thorough in the process and yet he couldn’t follow her. He was asking questions that had to do with the software she was using and why it works a certain way?, something that he clearly just couldn’t understand, hell, he kept butchering the name of it. He was absolutely embarrassing himself by asking questions that were nothing more than a merry go round of BS, something about a straw, why his dna wasn’t on the rocks?, and how come the test didn’t give the exact same result, etc.. I was screaming at him, it works based on probability! And don’t even get me started on the questions he was asking her about who it was that decided what got tested? Making ridiculous comments about, I thought you were in charge?, duh of the science portion, not the legality portion. She doesn’t do anything aside from follow the scientific results, she has nothing to do with the rest of it. Did he not listen to anything she said up to the part where it was his turn to ask questions? Btw, I bet she went home and talked about what a jackass that guy is… I can tell anyone with 100% certainty, I would NEVER want that guy on my side backing me if I were to ever need a defense attorney.
Why did the police not set up a perimeter and stop people from going into that forest until they located the peeping Tom? It’s on video why did they not look at that video immediately? Pretty short sighted if ya ask me considering they KNEW illegals lived in that area and you had a lot of young vulnerable women close by. Too many people failed this young woman.

I thought it was strange that they initially just took a statement and put out a warning to the campus to be careful due to some suspicious behaviour,butthenI heard from the female runner's testimony that she had noticed extra patrols and it was during her run which started between the two crimes. I think ,but don't know for sure, that the campus police went back and reviewed the cameras after they had taken her statement.
