    as someone who has a homie with a gti i can definitely say it is one of the best cars for anyone looking for fun.. it’s super light making it crazy fast with simple stuff like a down pipe.. it is definitely a great first car for any car guy out there!

    I am very very curious to know, although this does sound tempting, how badly does the tune w/parts effect gas mileage? I’d love to wake my car up, but I also have a good commute everyday and economy means a lot to me, so if it has significant changes it’ll sway my thoughts on purchasing 👀

      @@amaturemenace ye doesn’t change in normal use, of course when you step on it, it will use a bit more due to increase in power. I’m only stage 1 but even with the bump in power, with normal driving, I can get well over 28 Mpg streets and 36+ highway. I’ve even see people with the Is38 tune get 40

    What brand of catback do you have installed?

  • @Nelbone
    @Nelbone 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Intercooler and mounts and I’d say she’s done until an IS38 gets in your hands

    • @Nelbone
      @Nelbone 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Bry Zeer I humbly disagree. An intercooler upgrade is always worth doing. Even the basic CTS front mount I ran drastically improved consistency. Not required but highly recommended

    • @Nelbone

      @Bry Zeer like I said. I humbly disagree

    • @Nelbone

      @Bry Zeer performing consistently justifies it to me

    • @Nelbone
      @Nelbone 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Bry Zeer I’m well aware intercoolers don’t “add” power but they help with reducing the effects of heat soak which reduces power and helps maintain consistency in performance. I’ll die on the hill that is upgrading your intercooler is almost always a good choice. Good afternoon, good evening, and good night.

    • @TheFlyingPLiner
      @TheFlyingPLiner 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Bry Zeer stock ic isn't even fine for stock. Car heat soaks terribly.
