    "Winding Road next 2.5 miles." I literally yelled out the same thing--those roads were meant to be. What a blast. Great to relive it this week.

    I love the BRZ because you can actually go full throttle on public roads!

      @Nero 0-60 in 6 seconds is not slow, for it's price it really isn't, but not fast either

    • @aluisious

      There's a lot to be said for a car or bike that's accessibly fast, but only if you wring it's god damn neck. You actually get to feel like you're doing something.

    I don’t understand why people say “it’s so slow”. It’s not slow, it’s not fast. The BRZ isn’t meant to be a powerful car, if you want that, go for a wrx. The BRZ fulfills it’s purpose perfectly, and it’s to be enjoyed.

    This may be one of the slower sports cars out there but it did manage to put a smile on my face. Heck, sometimes less power is better!

    Does your shifter have a rattle noise above 5000rpm? My BRZ has it. I think a lot of BRZ's have that problem.

    I've driven my FRS with some bigger beasts (like F-Type V8s) on curvy roads, and I always think, why are they going so slow around corners? I feel like you're doing the same thing because you can really attacking the corners and waiting for them to speed up

      @TedwardDrives 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Agreed... some cars are trickier than others, but you just need to commit to figuring it out (ideally in safe places and not dive bombing corners until you're comfortable!).

    • @goons123flofy
      @goons123flofy 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Tedward thanks for the support guys. You know, if it is an unboosted brake, with close pedal spacing, like a skip barber formula car, I can heel toe all day long. It is these boosted brakes that make it hard to maintain a consistent (usually light) pedal pressure while getting a blip in. If only there was a system that blipped for me....

    Speed limit is way too low for any sort of fun. You didn't even come close to the limit of a BRZ on snow tires, all in all quite unfortunate for everyone on this drive... what's the point of super car performance when you can't even have a bit of fun?

      BRZ is in the same category as a miata. It's a lower spec sports car created for enthusiasts and beginner driver/racers to learn RWD dynamics and understand chassis balance of sports cars. I can guarantee most people who buy this as a track car probably have more skill than you. Driving car with big numbers doesn't make you a better driver, and doesn't give you any legitimacy to boast about skill.
