Kujata has also appear in minor games like FF Airborne Brugade or the card title Mobius Final Fantasy, but that's it.

Kujata was one of the best summons from the original FF7, the animation of the elements shifting was so cool, it was called tetra disaster and in FF16 when Bahamut, Phoenix and ifrit cast tri disaster on ultima prime I remembered Kujata again, one of my favourites so hyped to see this beefy boy! Obviously there is no way to know for certain but this seems plausible. Crisis Core----->OG------->Advent Children----------->Dirge of Cerberus The Remake Timeline Zack Survives Timeline An alternate timeline created after Remake Zack giving Cloud to Kyrie seems to be before the church scene in the Yuffie DLC He's probably wants her to look after him so he can go to the church. The Remake Timeline seems to be occurring after the OG one. The Sephiroth that keeps appearing to Cloud seems to have full knowledge of the events of the OG timeline. Aerith is more tricky at the least she is able to see the future and know what was supposed to happen. BUT there is a lot of evidence to show that OG Aerith is actually inside Remake Aerith. In the short story Lifestream White there is this quote in regard to Sephiroth making Kadaj, Loz, and Yazoo. "He was apparently going to use separate entities to be his agents. The woman asked herself if she could do the same. However, she soon changed her mind. Even if it were possible, I want to meet Cloud the way he knows me." Essentially she wouldn't want to make copies of herself, But if there was a way to see him as "Herself" she'd do it. Aerith, when she meets him and gives him the flower, again in the church and the rooftop walk to her home. And at multiple other points knows things that OG Aerith didn't in her conversations with Cloud. If you do all her sidequests you get a scene called talking with flowers (Can't remember if you got this in your playthrough) She mentions that the day "Is a special day" But doesn't explain to Cloud why (She has got to spend time with him again) She knows the plate will fall and she has to save Marlene before tifa mentions it. If you wait to talk to Chadley in sector 5 until Aerith is in your party he will scan her brain to find her record and comment he can't find a match for her. Which is very odd as she grew up in Shinra and they should have a full record of her. The park scene with Cloud also has a different take when you realize she either knows the future or is OG Aerith. at first glance it just seems she's reminiscing about Zack but if she know's that Zack is already dead and Cloud suffering from his PTSD the only reason she would mention Zack by name is to try and shake him out of it. She also had the ability to speak to Cloud in his dreams back in OG, it was essentially the last conversation they had while she was alive. No-one really know's what's going on but that's my 2 cents for what it's worth. Sorry for such a long post, looking forward to seeing you play Rebirth #SaveAerith

Remake, Zack is saved by the same four whispers that do Sephiroth's bidding for reasons unknown Sept 17. Zack arrived in midgar in the scene where he's filthy. He has Kyrie look after Cloud and does this thing called taking a Bath. Probably meets with Elmyra, is told Aerith is at the church. She isn't. (Before Crisis between September 17th and October 4th, avalanche's leader Elfe and her father the leader of the Turks are publicly executed in sector 5 by Tseng. This execution is fake and Aerith is tasked with sneaking them out of the city so she is no longer here near late September early October). At some point Cissinei goes to the church on the second or third and is attacked by anti-soldier Ravens, leading to a finale with Fuhito who has summoned the World Ender..which is slain by the Turks and life goes on. Cloud ends up a vegetable again in sector 7. Zack probably ends up with Cissinei and the Turks in exile. Rufus goes to court to play lawyer to save Tseng, Reno, and Rude. One timeline, one setup, all leading to the start of remake. As for timelines and worlds... Jenova is an alien from an alien world. Jenova LifeStream is also known as negative LifeStream, or ....undeath LifeStream? So... living and dead worlds colliding? Alien and human? Sephiroth is written as holding time still 7 seconds from the end of the world, and manipulating it's memories. As in planetary memories, hence the cries of the planet (whispers) are trying to protect those memories. So, fate is less destiny and more "that's what happened". At some point altered memories and reality need to merge. As for Aerith in the dream, I completely agree. That is the future Aerith, the real one, the dead one. Where everything here is in the memories of the planet.

@Aruu the 2 timelines are the current timeline and the other is more like a "what if" timeline. (I.E.) if Zack survived the ending of Crisis Core. My theory is Sephiroth is from the Crisis Core timeline trying to correct/change the outcome of the current timeline knowing what happened/happens with the current Sephiroth. It's also possible that both Sephiroths are very much alive and working together. Perhaps it might be better to play the original ff7 (PS1) version to get a take on it

Max Dood went over a developer interview on his stream, and they said that it is a new game, so no carry over for levels or materia. However, if you have a "game complete" save file on your system from Remake, you'll start with Leviathan summon, and if you have a "game complete" save for the Yuffie DLC, you'll also start with Ramuh summon.

Max Dood went over a developer interview on his stream, and they said that it is a new game, so no carry over for levels or materia. However, if you have a "game complete" save file on your system from Remake, you'll start with Leviathan summon, and if you have a "game complete" save for the Yuffie DLC, you'll also start with Ramuh summon.
