    Very nice, you said you were going to include a link for torque. I don't see it. I notice you didn't use one. What if you had overtightened it? Would it have just wrecked it right away? You said 140#? That seemed rather high

      Thank you for the question and I will try to answer it as best as I can 97 foot pounds for this particular car on the front axle bolt and also you want to make sure that you use the new axle nut that comes with the wheel bearing as the old one could fail.
      Here is the link to look up not only this car but other cars as well:
      drivcat.com/HubWheelTorqueLookup.aspx?year=2007&make=Chrysler&model=Sebring
      You do not want to over tighten because this could also lead to premature wearing of the bearings. Sometimes in your owners manual it will give you the torque specs and I did torque the nuts just not on video and I will include the link in not only this response but in the video I had just forgot to put it in the video description before. Anyways getting the correct torque Is very important as you do not want your wheel to work its way off and you do not want to wear your new hub assembly and bearings prematurely.

    Thank you for the great tutorial, I see you have abs, what size bolt and was the abs hard to remove and replace in new hub?

    • @Mr_Goody
      @Mr_Goody  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The hub that I bought the ABS came pre-installed so I just had to hook it to the existing wiring harness. ✌️

    Im trying to replace a wheel stud on my sebring, would you have enough room there with the dust shield off to knock a stud out and slide a new one in without the knuckle being in the way? Great video!

    • @Mr_Goody
      @Mr_Goody  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I've done it that way before, so I would say you could too. You may cuss a few times while doing it, but if you wiggle a little there should be enough room. 😅

    How did u figure your torque was 140ft lbs?

    • @Mr_Goody
      @Mr_Goody  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Well two ways that I know of, I have a torque wrench and the other way I know of is my little nephew weighs exactly 140 pounds and I’ll let him stand on it. ✌️👍

  • @dondale68

    Putting a cheater pipe on your lug wrench not only makes it easier but trying to jump on it could end up breaking your ankle!! I use a breaker bar with an impact socket!!

    • @Mr_Goody
      @Mr_Goody  ปีที่แล้ว

      You’re right it’s possible if you have weak ankles, you could possibly break your ankle, so you just have to use your own judgment. With me I have ankles of steel so I wasn’t too worried. 👍🤙
