  • Was I in trouble? All of a sudden 10+ Policeman appeared outside Penang's Famous Laksa shop.
The Michelin Bib Gourmand Food Guide.
A door opened and the police crowded the car. A Charismatic Figure appeared. Who was he ?
Voices screaming 'The Tourism Minister is here going into this shop sir, you must come see'
    What uncanny timing! haha
Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing, Yeoh Soon Hin and Chow Kon Yeow all entered the World Famous Laksa Restaurant.
What came next was a spectacle!
    Laksa was flowing,
    the camera lights were bright,
and the placing was pumping with energy.
The Ministers devoured a phenomenal meal of Laksa.
Simply connecting, socialising and enjoying a meal together with friends.
All of a sudden Tiong King Sing stood up and everyone moved to the kitchen. Why?
Well Tiong King Sing was about to perform a masterclass with us sharing with the world how to cook this stores other special dish.
    Char Kuey Teow!
Promoting the country and putting its food cuisine on display. With the country going through some tough Macroeconmic times at the moment with the rest of the world there is no better place or time to promote that World Famous Penang Laksa along with the rest of the array of Maly foods in the cuisine!
The Penang Road Famous Laksa is a must visit on all travellers list while in Penang, Malaysia. This simple dish that has been made for the last 53 years will blow your mind!
The owners were the loveliest kindest people and I even told them Ill be coming back to share the Centurion with them!
Heres to the next 47 years,
    Bring on the 100!!!

@zinfinite777 he moved to selangor in the 1980s. Now retired. My cousins are not interested to take over. So he sold his food truck. Of course the recipe is in his head. Destined to go with him when he dies. He used to be a successful hawker in penang. I guess he is born to cook.
