Good information. I have an MC15000 and bought it for the needle threader. It stopped working soon after I bought it. Missed the needle EVERY TIME even doing the needle up/down several times. So frustrating. Had it in the shop for an adjustment and it worked great in the shop. I took it home, used it twice and the dang thing started doing the same miss the needle problem again. I was then told that if I used anything but a 75/11 size needle, it won't work. Ugh I wish they'd told me that when I bought the dang thing years ago. Funny thing is, I usually use that very size needle (75/11) & had it in my machine when it stopped working, so I guess the tech just didn't know what was wrong. I wish they could REALLY figure out this issue and fix the dang thing. At this point I just hand thread the needle, it's much faster. This is the ONLY issue I have with this machine though. It sews like a champ in all other areas. My Brother machine that has a pull down lever for the needle NEVER misses. NOTE: I am just making a comment on the threader on my machine, not your service center as I have NEVER been there. I live in Texas. Several others have had the same issue on the FB page I am a member of also. I didn't purchase it from your store. I didn't get near the learning support it seems like your store gives customers. Your store seems very customer centered. :)
I've been window shopping for a new machine for a couple of months. This is the best video and the best explanation of a machine I have seen! Thank you so much.
Since I bought my new machines I have always used the buttons and never the foot pedal, I was worried I would wear the buttons out. It was good to know tha the buttons are meant to be used as such. I am and never was able to use the foot pedal with coordination. Thanks for your demo.
I love Janome. I have two, both quilting machines, including the Continental M7.

Thank you for this review-can we have a link to this exact machine and what model it is? Thanks!
Foam is fun! Easy to sew, love the feel and look of foam. Wish I had a 9mm but stuck at 7

Thanks so very much for this video. I have a Juki TL18 and have been wanting a computerized machine and have been looking at the Janome Line!!

Excellent video !!!
VERY informative !!!
Thank you much 👍👏👏👏
Where are you located? Are the classes you talk about on line or in person? Where is the repair center located? I’m interested in the Skyline S6.
Where is your store? I live in MS.
My acufeed either broke or couldn’t handle multiple layers. I”m so disappointed in my Janome 9400
I been looking at the Pfaff 210. Do you like this machine better? Is this feed system better than the IDT?
It is different than IDT, more like a true walking foot that grabs the fabric from the front. Try both models before buying.
What is model please
@@candycottrell6469 I just live about 4hrs away from each dealer that would carry the machines. Babylock is the dealer closest to me.
