Dude, I work at a trike shop. Good to see a relatively young person enjoying the wonderful world full of trouble, that is trikes. It's a great perspective too

Question... since you work at a trike shop.. do you know if there is a full body option for the trike ? Similar to a velomobile body ? Or am I the only one doing this...

A friend of mine had the same model and color as the one you're riding, Schlumpf cranks, Magura front discs and all. He had me add mounting tabs for a cable operated rear disc brake. He would ride his up an 800' climb, 8 miles south of town. The first 7 miles gained 300', the last mile gained the remaining 500'. I think he was wise to add the second brake system. He recently passed away at 85 years young, still riding the yellow trike around town... No, the trike was not what sent him to the next life!😁

Good idea, I'm definitely adding rear breaks to mine.

I have noticed that the handling on my TT Rambler gets "interesting" at any speed above 25 mph. I got a Quattro Velo, velomobile last week and have had it over 28 mph (so far) and it is rock steady.

Hm....no cleats (which is fine), but no straps? Also, riding in jeans, you might want to put a rubber band or roll up the right pant leg so it does not get caught in the chain/crank area. Easy to just stop but still dangerous. This is more important on an upright bike. Regardless, I am very pleased to see any recumbent video out on youtube. There is not engough of us creating content, me included. Like you I am going to purchase some type of camera and a mount for the front of my trike or behind and above my head. Not sure how I will do that. Wish me luck and ride safe.

To keep me interested you need a better view than all knees / legs coming into and blocking the view

@doren8491 I agree 👍 and working on it. Thanks

Would have been a much better video if the camera was facing out past the legs. love sight seeing videos but not crazy at looking at legs (unless they are a very cute girl's). Would like to see what that would be like hooked up to a Briggs and Straiten engine and have a body on it.

I hear you, but not an easy task for camera angle. I guess I could mount the camera to the front of my truck... but this is about the trike. Thanks for watching 👀

@@Brian3680 for one, sticking the camera on the truck, though still cool to see, would not be the same as one on the bike. I think the only way (though you would have to probably to some serious custom work) would be a custom post behind the driver (or in front some how). and second of all, videos like this is not something I look for, it just pulls you in. seeing other places and having it recorded so you can go back to them in 50 60 years is very cool.

That's my thoughts behind my channel. Not looking for fame or popularity. More so just a place to save video memories. Also why my channel has a little bit of everything. If you look back through my videos, I have r/c airplanes, heavy construction equipment operating, one with my dad (now passed) but still lives on in TH-cam world...

@@Brian3680 At least you have some video of him. All I have left is memories. Well be checking out the vids in a while (watching 1970s teenage B movies I just stumbled on). Not sure if I should ask ya where do you live or just ask you to do some more vids of the place (or both)
