I kinda wish people would stop calling it "drama about a dress". Cause even in the video that started all this she states that dress is fine and very beautiful. It's about the way olivia was talking about it, what she claimed it symbolized, the designer she chose, the way she handled the criticism, and the hypocrisy of it all when you see her other two dresses. Its about basically everything BUT the actual dress itself
I totally get where you’re coming from, just couldn’t fit all that info into the title lol, I’ve adjusted the thumbnail though, let me know what your think 😊
I found ur page today as i love these types of videos, i have been binge watching/working and listening all morning😊. I love ur content about the living expenses, abit of hollywood tea/investigation...i just love learning as well and getting knowledge of what is going on in the world in a nice and refreshed way..nice job.
Before Culpo. There was another woman who's christian (as you'd guess), got married in a church, and made a slideshow on tt about her opting for a more conservative and covering dress while looking down on other women saying "there's NOTHING more disgusting than a woman who doesn't leave anything to the imagination" She got dragged to filth and became the source of many people's satire joke for awhile. You'd think someone who's been a public figure for a bit like Culpo would've learned from someone else's experience😅
I remember that drama so clearly, her dress was beautiful on its own and the slideshow was going so well until she made that comment For Olivia, i doubt she thought her wedding would get this level of attention
3:15 idk I’ve not finished the video but this rant comes across like someone saying “I like strawberries” and someone else replying “so you *hate* bananas then?!?” The initial comments just came across as the bride’s personal preference rather than a value judgement on other women. I’m gonna guess that there is more to this but I think Gowneyedgirl was the judgemental one here.
Okay finished the video. There wasn’t more to it lol. Idk I felt the vogue article was just talking about the ceremony dress and I don’t necessarily think the bride is hypocritical for having a revealing reception dress. Also if you post online criticising someone I think it’s fair play for the bride and her husband to say they are upset if they are actually upset. Was it wise? Probably not as it prolonged the drama but I think sometimes people make videos like Gowneyedgirl and forget that they are talking about real people. Frankly I think it’s good for people to be reminded that they might have hurt someone’s feelings. That second video criticising the fit was way worse imo and unnecessary. Yeah the bride opened herself up to criticism by doing the interview but calling it “vile” - that’s cruel.
People will say we're just angry whorish feminists but last week women were being shamed for being celibate. I constantly see Sexyyredd getting called out for being ratchet. So I don't want to hear that BS about us wanting to be 304s. Olivia was sending dog whistles so we can call out her nonsensical BS.
The audacity to think one has the right to judge the pick of a dress/hairdo/makeup/motivation of another human at their wedding or elsewhere... Listen, I find see-through, half-naked dresses (wedding or else) hideous. Would I say something if someone else wears them? No, because this is none of my f... business who wears what as long as I can wear whatever I like. Get a life, all, who have nothing to do with their time except going around judging others.
Someone on tt found out she didn't have eyebrow and mascara because D&G didn't offer it in their makeup line and her wedding was completely D&G 💀
The rabbit hole is just getting deeper

great vid! I really appreciate putting the whole 6-minute clip as well as others in the vid most creators would just cut some parts out.
Thank you & thanks for watching 😊 I wanted to make sure people can get the full context without editing it down and diluting the information

I do think that dress is stunning but wow... the comments this woman made. Calm down, ma'am.
I don’t think she imagined for her wedding to trend and be associated with such negativity
The worst offense was partnering with D&G, too much of a risk

There’s never a “correct” way to be a woman, unfortunately

The main issues people have are her comments and her collaboration with Dolce & Gabanna
@@ItsbabygirltIt's not. People got offended by her own opinion when she didn't even say... Omg evryone should cover up🙄🙄 get a life
