That’s wrong info, it’s not one and half hour from the station. It’s approximately 15-20 mins away. However there are better and more value for money projects nearby which will actually be a better investment. These tall towers really feel very claustrophobic to even look at. Buildings which are 5-6 floors in height are much better in a location like Panvel.

Thane is a much better market, now that we have the metro line coming up. 2bhk starts from 1.1cr and can go up to 2.75 cr so the city has properties for everyone.
A balcony in the master bedroom would have been amazing.

The greenery is very less. Comparatively here in Bangalore, you can get much better and premium soceities that are lush green and better amenities provided by builders like Sobha,Prestige etc.
And it's 1.5 hours from Panvel. That is already 2-3 hours from Central Mumbai. Any other place in the world, 3 hours drive would be a different city
