Watching from Punjab. My modest house (40*85) with 40*30 open area (park our 3 cars and 2 wheelers easily) and 3 bedroom of size 12*14. Cost will be 1/10 of this so called 10 crore ultra luxury apartment. Mumbai is too much overpriced..if you have 1 million USD or 8.5cr to spend on a house, there are hundreds of better options in India and abroad.
