    Expand your horizons.There is a huuuge NRI community waiting to buy such residential places. Unless you provide the prices in the your video, these potential and well qualified buyers will look elsewhere. It’s called transparency, and you need to to adopt it to attract the right customer with much less strain on everyone.

      well obviously she lied about it. She showed a 4 and a 3 bhk and gave us the price of a 2 bhk !!!! When you actually sit across the table you will get a tiny "compact" 2 bhk for 5 crores in this "Ultra Luxury" shit she kept repeating a 100 times. you will get far better options in Andheri to Goregaon for a 2 bhk for half the price. Personally me , I completely avoid any bldg that is new and any bldg that has amenities. the newer bldgs are built with concrete blocks / flyash blocks or the fancy name they gave MYONE technology. all these construction materials cannot withstand the heat of Mumbai- they crack easily and in less then 2 years, you face leakage and seepage issues even on lower floors. and Amenities is a complete waste as nobody really uses it everyday but you end up paying for it every month in your maintenance charges. I bet the maintenance charges per month here for a 2 bhk is atleast 15000 per flat

      Lying even before starting the video. I paused after 2 minutes and checked the description. The prices mentioned are only for 3 & 4 bhk and starting from 10 cr. I didn't go back to the video.
