I just watched your beef patty recipe yesterday and subscribed immediately. Seems I was rewarded with a curry recipe, my favorite dish! I'm going to a butcher's tomorrow to get the suet for the patties, but this is definitely going on the menu for later in the weekend.
This curry chicken stew is amazing I love the simple recipe, you always rip up amazing dishes thanks . I've got a lot of recipes from you thank you very much.
Hi Nic, Happy to see one of your production this morning I,ve seen another of your production I can say it sumptuous and toasty my mouth is already savoury with all the wonderful recipes you make love barbecue and curry chickens, thank you very much for all the recipes you uploaded God bless you and keep on the good work and may God excel you.
It is excellent - use coconut oil, 2 Teaspoons in the rice - keep it shelly!!! I love love raw vegetable and will use the sweet papers - green, red - all the colours as decorated thing - everything on the plate must be good - 8 ounces of lime or lemon juice with crush ice!!!!!!! Nice!
Not sure what plant that is though the flower more similar to thai basil than sweet basil especially the stem and flower, but never seen basil with a serrated outer edge that is yellow and it almost waxy.
looks soooo delicious! I will cook it. I think i saw some Cookingskills that i've only seen before in professionell Kitchens of Good Restaurants or Hotels, so i think you spend some Time with Chefs or you are one😉 Just found your Channel and instantly loved it. Keep up the Good Work. Greetings from Germany 😎🤘
Great video, especially the deep dive into the different ground spice mixes, turmeric and other spices. Funny that the Island Spice Turmeric is "Turmeric" on the front, but "Tumeric" (missing the first 'R' before the "M') on the ingredients list on the back. Beautiful colours and plating! With the "burning the curry powder" technique, do any Jamaican recipes call for the curry powder to be mixed with a little water first to make a paste before frying it off?
Looks really good !! Great job on tutorial. Ingredient measurements, time to cook on each step of recipe and photography was spot on. I’m watching from Indiana and love Jamaican food. Best from a new subscriber.
I made your beef patty's a couple days ago and the filling was amazing. I am still looking for beef suet for the proper patty crust because butter just doesn't give the authentic flavor I know. I would like to thank you for that tip as I haven't seen it any where else and I'm sure suet is the key to an authentic flavor.
Hi! You are absolutely AWESOME!!! So talented and with so much love for the food industry, because only with true love and passion you make such delicious meals!!!! God bless you and keep you making peoples stomach and hearts happy!!! Hugs 🥳😻🥰🥹🥳🥳🤤🤤🤤💜

I know turmeric is traditional in curry but is it just there for color and can the color come from anywhere else? I would make more curry but my wife is allergic to turmeric.
Turmeric does have a distinct flavour but you can skip it no problem, annatto has also been traditional in Jamaica curry as well so you could try that but do you really need the colour?
I'm intolerant to coconut in larger quantities, it gave me a headache and made me extremely nauseous... Doing recipe testing meant I was eating coconut for days (sweet potato pudding with coconut milk and grated, toasted coconut, coconut curry chicken)
I like how you explain while you are cooking keep it up my brother big up.
After the beef patty episode, I knew I didn't want to miss a thing- I love your videos! :)

Basmati cooking ratio is generally 2-1. Two cups of water for 1 cup of rice. Always cooked right.
I use real coconut milk in curry, and it tastes amazing

Yup. Suet is what gives it that authentic taste
Get the suet from your butchers.

How dud you get sick all of the sudden before the taste test ?

That's the way to cook curry. To burn the curry some people throw the raw curry on the Chicken when Seasoning the chicken
I don't know how much you will charge to cook in my house.
As my personal chef .
Man i wish i had access to a fresh food market to get all those ingredients. Awesome recipe tho
