my ducky has a problem or idk what i pressed but it shows where wasd keys are lit up and then the rest of the keyboard isn’t but no command works to reset it or anything and i’m on ps4 i haven’t tried to download anything i was just playing one day and idk i pressed something or if something happened to it

bro this happened to me a while ago what i did was i downloaded this [V1.09 ONLY FOR 【DKON2061ST】(US ANSI, European ISO)] from www.duckychannel.com.tw/en/Support/Detail/84 ...my keyboard code was DKON1861ST but it bricked after i downloaded its firmware so i downloaded DKON2061ST firmware and it worked.. dont ask me why ;?

Lol I found a fix within 1 minute of me commenting this. Make sure all of the white squares on the back of the keyboard labeled 1 2 3 and 4 are down.

Found a fix. Make sure all of the squares are pushed down on the back of the keyboard. Then try updating.
