    I’m freaking out !!! Finding that pineapple is troublesome while first trimester?!? It’s what I’ve been drinking and eating to help w dizzy spells and such. I’m so worried now. I’m 8 weeks in 😭 I’m vegan of 10 years and did not know

    Interesting, but I was disappointed with how much supplementation was encouraged. I shy away from mainstream recommendations just based on my own health experience and watching trends like soy, pasteurization and fortified foods. I think I'll keep looking for other recommendations and resources as far as a plant based pregnancy goes.
