      3 wheelers are so unstable front end with single wheel for steering, Personally I would use single wheel rear for drive using a sway arm from motor bike and duel wheel steering front would be so much better, Could even use individual front steering sway arms on front so it lean over when steering, ya know the ones I means, Coz leaning. th-cam.com/video/4vtOcou_qXQ/w-d-xo.html

    whenever i drill i make sure to stiff arm it or put it against my forearm, leg etc so its already against something and cant get a free swing and 300* me, maybe consider a way to mount it lower?

    The two rear tubes are a good design choice. Gina will be happy you decided against the Canadian Castrater single tube. 😄

    Ahh I feel Smrt. Watching the process of figuring out the two upward bars where the camera is just off to one side, found myself leaning to the right trying to see if they were lining up properly like I was right fuken there, lol.

    I did the same thing you did with the drill, but with a Milwaukee Hole Hog. I had a 3/4” 16” auger bit, and was trying to drill through a 2x6 length wise for a gas line. It grabbed a knot, swung around the Oh Shit handle and smacked me across the bridge of the nose, giving me a bloody nose and concussion. Fun times. At least yours wasn’t too to bad. This is a cool little pit trike your building. Can use the lawnmower as a push/pull ride. Cheaper and cooler then a smart car

    Built a lot of karts. Vacuum fuel pump off of the valve cover. Pull the governor. Stiffer valve springs. Bigger eBay carb with huge filter. Open long header blowing the debris away from the drive tire. Good fuel. That 6 hp turns into about 13.

  • @Ismaak5

    Remember when you turbo a single cylinder engine, you need an air reservoir between the turbo and the inlet 4 times the volume of the engine. Reason being single cylinder, single exhaust valve spinning the turbo once every 4 strokes. Otherwise you are spinning and stopping the turbo.

  • @raelik777
    @raelik777 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Aside from the triangle plate at the back, you'll want some kind of gusset on the frame neck tube, mainly just to prevent any twisting between the top tube and the two bottom frame tubes. You could put some around the bottom of the frame, but I really don't think they'd be necessary at all, almost all the force is downward at those points.

      You don’t wanna be going a million miles an hour on that thing do you so I’d stick with a 48v system.
      But get a high discharge battery and a good controller and send some current through it. It’ll have torque for days.
      Screw the lawnmower you can tow the ‘stang 😀😂

  • @bobbyrosa4652
    @bobbyrosa4652 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    Love this build.... I had a thought for the seat. if you made the seat pan part of that triangle bracing you spoke of joining all the bars together then all you'd need is a rear brace down to the frame above the axle so the load is distributed evenly. Might look rad?? also gotta add some led lights so folks can see you... especially being down so low.
    Either way.... I'm sure youre gonna kill it as usual!
    Good luck!

    the trike looks cool I worked n fabrication for years I know with the editing and all you've probably already mounted the seat but if not u could put a piece of pipe under the intersection wear the frame mounts n the back and make the seat like u were talking about but but have the bottom of the seats are it will slide in and out. for the pipe welded n the intersection it would have u lower and would look like its floating and it would adjust in and out slide it back for weight transfer were u could do willys and shit but it still looks cool the way u have keep the content coming
