Looks beyond cool but I can’t see how they charge ridiculous price of 5000 for it, maybe 1500-1800 at the very most 2000 but to add 2999 on top it’s ridiculous!
It’s 1500 minimum in parts alone.

You're also paying for the time and work it took to create the frame. All the welding and hours it took to make everything exact. Then the time it took to assemble the entire bike.

Fabrication of any kind is sky high expensive. If you wouldn’t pay that, go out and try to build it yourself. Chances are you’ll realize why it costs so much not long into it
That is a cool project! Love the CNC 3rd axis for the tube notching. Wonder if I could add one to my Crossfire Pro? What was the total cost for the trike, if you don't mind sharing?
It won't work on other systems without extensive electronic and software modification. We designed our plasma cutter to be easily modified for things like this.

Looks great!!! Just a thought shouldn't the main bolt on the front forks drop in from the top? Just thinking if the nut comes off the bolt will slide out and forks will fall off. However if the bolt were dropped in from the top it would stay with gravity even if the nut came completely off.
i understand your logic but i believe he used a lock nut that thing isn't coming off with out wrenching

Hey. It could be next week when someone's going to sprain an ankle (again...ha) or have mobility issues. It happened to me, it can happen to you. PLEASE build your home with grab bars. Even fully-abled people use them. And other handicap things too. Keep in mind any and all stairs or ramps before you need them and wish you would have thought it was important today. I know, ramps are ugly. Use your creative genius. Adding them later can only lead to ugly.

Where did you get all the extra parts that didn’t come with the frame kit. Such as the wheel hubs
We didn't get the frame kit, we built it. Pretty much any go-kart store online. Gopower sports, bmi karts, Amazon etc. Everything is in short supply so you will have to look around.

There is approximately a 2 week lead time on the kits, and a tracking number will be sent once the kit is shipped.

hello. I want to make one. I have the materials. I have only one problem. I have the same motor but I don't have a centrifugal clutch. If I put a gear directly on the motor shaft will it work?
Do NOT do this. As soon as the engine starts the trike will take off and you won't be able to stop it.
