@calebtaba596 He painted it from the outside so he can weather it. It won't look perfect for long so no point in doing so. Patina paint jobs look best on crawlers.
If it's a crawler don't worry about it you don't want it to look perfect. If you drive it it's just gonna get all scratched up anyway mine's will start with a nice patina paint job.
@@jelly11666 yeah I noticed that once I got the body and compared it to the chassis, but I think I like it. I’m thinking of an arctic truck look, inspired by the old Top Gear Polar Special. I may eventually try and add some fender flares but I think It looks very aggressive in a cool way with the giant tires.
No mods required for the sport chassis, but I didn’t use body posts as I hate them. I used a hinged system up front and 2 items on the bed to reverse screw it down, the hard hat and the tool chest.
I'm heading into this hobby a little late but I just bought this yota body thanks for the ideas ...my body is going onto a RGT chassis...

Which interior is that? Looks so cool. I just picked up this body and this is really inspiring.
From memory I think it’s a proline Lexan interior. Nice to hear that it inspires others. Enjoy your build. 👍

The RC4WD Tacoma is quite narrow, if you out big chunky wide tyres and wheels on it’ll look like a monster truck, that’s why I went for scale tyres.

Does the weathering kit include a broken frame?
The weathering kit is just powders, I’m not sure what you mean by broken frame. 🤔
When these Toyotas get old irl the frames break.

Can’t remember exactly but it’s an RC4WD lexan body, of the few that they do.

As long as the WB is correct most bodies can be fitted to most chassis.
