You need to add the Dixie horn SFX.
Aren’t you supposed to paint the inside of the body? And not the exterior of the shell? 🤦🏻♂️
Yeah not sure what he pended on the outside. Let's get a scratch off real easy and look like crap. lol.
High flying fun! Good one!
Really love this build. I'll probably get crap for this, but I was a young kid at the ignorant and easily awed age of 8 when I fell in live with The Dukes of Hazzard. I had no racial upbringing, and didn't even know who General Lee was. Ignorance kept me safe to love an exciting stunt filled, Duke Boy adventure everyday after school. And then when I got older, the show faded, as did my interest. But I never looked at that car and thought about hate in any form. Color, creed, sex,... I just wanted to see what them Duke boys had in store for Roscko, Enois, and Boss Hogg! And on top of that, they always kept Hazzard County Safe. And thought a couple life lessons here and there, even if it wasn't much, it was still such an awesome stunt show. Really hurt those like me that never looked at that flag with racism or the name General Lee. Wish I would have never learned about them... Lol ✌️🍻 I love all people. All living beings deserve to be respected, and educated, and learn together through understanding and communication. Excellent model RC! Really looked like "Dem Duke boys were gettin' some major air!" ✌️🖖♥️🍻
Well thankyou for the comment, personally I simply ignore all the ‘wokers’ and still enjoy the DOH today, in many forms. I too was about 8 years old when I first saw them ‘Dook’ boys and loved every single element of it. 👍
Cool Video, I'm glad I found it. I am in the process of converting a Slash 2 WD into a LCG General Lee myself. Using a ProLine "70" Charger Body shell (it's more of the movie version). and some Vector wheels are coming in. It should be pretty cool. Great job Man
Generally General Lee couldn't even beat my time 01 Love the General
Very nice done subscribes
Awesome video mate. 😊
Where can I buy one of these???
It’s a Traxxas slash with a Chevy Chevelle Lexan body.
I think my jump and park skills are on point.. 😎
Glad the drivers clothes arrived lol.
Loved it dude. 😂except the roll 😢
Nice!
Thanks!
Looks amazing.
Thanks. 👍
All that hard work just to ruin it. lol. Looks sick!
That’s what the wife said. 🙄
I'm heading into this hobby a little late but I just bought this yota body thanks for the ideas ...my body is going onto a RGT chassis...
Have fun!
Does the weathering kit include a broken frame?
The weathering kit is just powders, I’m not sure what you mean by broken frame. 🤔
When these Toyotas get old irl the frames break.
Oh I get you now, to be truly scale it should have a broken chassis by now. 😁
Which interior is that? Looks so cool. I just picked up this body and this is really inspiring.
From memory I think it’s a proline Lexan interior. Nice to hear that it inspires others. Enjoy your build. 👍
@@jelly11666 awesome thanks for the reply! Mine’s going on a Vanquish, can’t wait to get it all together.
The RC4WD Tacoma is quite narrow, if you out big chunky wide tyres and wheels on it’ll look like a monster truck, that’s why I went for scale tyres.
@@jelly11666 yeah I noticed that once I got the body and compared it to the chassis, but I think I like it. I’m thinking of an arctic truck look, inspired by the old Top Gear Polar Special. I may eventually try and add some fender flares but I think It looks very aggressive in a cool way with the giant tires.
@@fejwe an Arctic Expedition truck would be really cool. 😎
Also, if you did trim the front plastic bumper, what tool did you use, if I may ask?
I used a dremel.
@@jelly11666 Thank you for the reply. Since I wrote this comment, I went out and bought a dremel and got it done.
Great video! I have a TRX-4 Sport with the same body and with the stock Canyon 1.9 tires. I am getting massive wheel rub in the front. It looks like you trimmed out the frame and the plastic front bumper, right? I'm assuming that'll be the only way to avoid that wheel rub?
Yeah you’re correct, I trimmed the front arches and bumper until I had no tyre rub, I didn’t want to sacrifice any steering angle.
@@jelly11666 I appreciate the reply!! What did you use to trim the front plastic/chrome bumper? It looks like you made a really nice straight cut there.
Just a dremel and sandpaper, but took material off bit by bit until I had enough off.
@@jelly11666 A dremel -- perfect. I should have known. Thank you very much for the tips!
Sweet job man! Considering this body for my base camp!
Good job my friend 👌😜
Where did you get the body?
Can’t remember exactly but it’s an RC4WD lexan body, of the few that they do.
very nice scene, amazing detail my friend😀👍👍👍
Thankyou my friend.
This build is almost perfect. Have you considered some weight in the tires? It already climbs like a beast, but if your going more than 1 it bounces. Idk, just a thought. I use lead strips and wrap the wheels inside. It squats the tires just enough and it reacts more life like at all speeds
First off, thanks for the compliment. It has weighted wheels already but in scale tyres, scale is more important to me than performance.
@@jelly11666 it's awesome 😎
TRD race truck 👍
Thankyou sir.
This thing looks like a beast! Looks so fun to drive
Thank you. It’s actually a bitch to drive, it’s been upgraded to 3S and with rear wheel drive it’s quite difficult to control, the throttle must be increased really gently. But saying that, it’s still super fun. 😁
nice one Jerry.
Do you think it could fit the Redcat gen7.
As long as the WB is correct most bodies can be fitted to most chassis.
Wow! This is brilliant my friend! I absolutely love this! So much detail! Real fish! So much awesomeness!💯💯💯🔥🔥🔥👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼😊
Thankyou. 🤗
Loving the details, especially the man tied to a rock. Lol
Thankyou sir, it’s the small details that fool the brain. 😏
Where did you buy the toyota stickers
They came with the body.
Cheers Jerry hope you are enjoying it
Very nice work mate! I do hope the camera man/equipment is okay after the bump coming through the lagoon at 2.25
😂 yeah he’s ok mate. Thanks for the nice comment Fat boy. 🤗
@@jelly11666 oh that’s just charming! 😢 You seen my latest vid? There’s some magic in it!

What brand body is that
J Concepts Chevy Chevelle. Just couldn’t find a charger to fit the slash. 🤷♂️
Yes Jerry...I enjoyed your video
