How do you add dates instead of numbers for periods?
Hi, The easiest way is to add an extra line above days and merge cells by month+year. If the first 31 days are of Jan-2020 then merge 31 columns and make them Jan-2020 as it will keep your sheet/data limited to scroll right. Let me know if this is fine with you? thanks

If the plan day is 0.5 (half day) , how can I change the formula on the file?
Hi, Have you tried as explained in the video, but per cell is considred as 1 day and you can't split cell to half so will be tough. May be a different color of the cell but never tried.
