Sprint Goals is one of the toughest elements of Scrum. I've not seen anyone use them correctly or use them well. Goals are a byproduct - a note or description by most. But this is so much of the missed value. And, in this episode we dive right into it.
Now, fair sign of caution! We do bump heads with Maarten and agree to disagree on a number of things. But, all done in the Spirit of making thigs better for our Teams. That's the beauty of Agile - there is no right or wrong, its what works for you and your Team!
