      @@bcooper5362 Thanks for the link. Very interesting! I had the same impression. I noticed that rooms looked as if they were very, very long. Unrealistically so. Then I noticed in a few videos that the same room was shot twice, from different sides. And the change in the room's appearance was amazing. Rooms that went back a ways when shot head on looked very shallow when viewed from the side, though they did look a little wider.

    Omg, it even has a backyard being in Toronto and all. Usually all these new builds they come with hardly any backyard and you can throw food from your window into your neighbor's the way they squish people in like sardines.
    I'm impressed but for almost 4M I'd better be. Albeit it, I'd rather build something twice as big in the Niagara region for half that price.

Ежегодно сколько нуджно расходов на дом и коммунальные услуги? Очень важно, скажите, если не секрет.

    I don’t understand this 1 car garage standard in Canada. Is it a tandem garage? In a household with two adults don’t most have two cars? Wouldn’t you want both cars covered especially in the winter? For a house that cost about $4m why would you accept anything less than a two car garage.

    • @paulmezhir8354
      @paulmezhir8354 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      In Toronto, the term "garage" means "storage space." The lot this home occupies is only 45' wide. Besides, how would one prove one is keeping up with the Joneses if the obligatory 911 and Range Rover are hidden away?'

    • @neetsa234
      @neetsa234 4 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      People may not want to live in a small town or suburban area. You also pay for the facilities around you and location. 3.7 mil outside of toronto can also get you a much larger custom property but people may not want to drive an hour to work or 20 minutes to the nearest hospital. It's about perspective. Also, if someone had worked hard for their hefty bank account they should be able to spend it as they please without judgement.

    • @cadengrace5466
      @cadengrace5466 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@neetsa234 True people may not want to live in a small town, but small towns do not lack anything that people in a large city have. Most small towns are 30 to 60 minute drive to a large city. Only a fool would dole out this much money for a cookie cutter house with an interior design that is going to be outdated in a couple of years. I also agree that people that earn their money can spend it how they like. That does not reflect any wisdom, many people with money prove they have no idea of the value of it. But any one can judge them, people should always judge someone making such a bad move. They may not like being judged but they are going to be judged by everyone watching.

      Home prices are what the market will bear. This home is in one of Toronto's affluent areas where property values are very high and comparable homes will sell for the asking price and much higher. Interiors can be changed easily and property values will generally always go up - especially in this area that has excellent schools. How can real estate investment not reflect any wisdom then? Is it more "wise" for no one to ever purchase a home in a prominent area that will appreciate in value and be a secure investment? I don't think many people will have see any value in that.

    • @moonchild1432
      @moonchild1432 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      you are such s small town idiot - clearly this property isnt for you - so keep your bullshit opinion to yourself. this is in an affluent area in Toronto - one of the top 10 expensive cities in the world. This is for a family that works in Toronto, or has business in Toronto. If a couple owning this both work downtown Toronto and make good money, this is an ideal choice for them. Additionally, this will probably go up in value in couple of years. So you are quite stupid to think your small town mentality fits everyone's reality.
