Pier West is a new development in New Westminster Quay by Bosa Development. It's estimated completion is late 2023.
Located on the edge of the Fraser River right beside the Discovery Centre and River Market. Close by is the New Westminster Skytrain Station. Bosa donated 2 acres to expand the New West Pier Park on the East side of the development.
The design is for a three storey commercial building including a daycare and a restaurant, a 43-storey highrise and a 53-storey highrise as well as 5 townhouses. West Tower: 364 units, East Tower: 301 units. Total: 665 units.
These will be the tallest residential towers on the New Westminster waterfront and in the Lower Mainland.
