This is germany. If this method would be overly dangerous compared other methods, the guys from the berufsgenossenschaft (those who pay compensation for job indicated accidents) would close it down immediately ;D

Because to certain situations they need diffrent size and for example if they would grab a bigger one building would fall apart not piece by piece but propably whole in one moment and this would be dangerous for rest of the crew

Don't really understand why the wrecking ball is used. Wrecking ball demolition is very dangerous (far more than with a long front) because the driver can lay his crane on its side doingveven a small mistake.
Im surprised the crane doesn't fall apart before the building is knocked down this must put a lot of stress on the framework of the crane .

Diese Geräusche sind die Ausnahme. Heute kommt eigentlich nur noch ein Hydraulikbagger mit Betonschere zum Einsatz.
