absolutely insane that 4 years ago you were rushing through lunch making a video on your phone, now youre self employed for life and on the verge of fame from uploading the videos/hobbies we all share interest in
The best part about this is that it was built slowly/organically. You use it all and you didn't waste a lot of money or space. Thanks for sharing the layout, details and small bits of history.
I love the fact that there's a mixture of brands, and you also have tools made out of things that that you've had lying around. And also very organized. Good job man!
Yea man, I use what works best. Love Snap-on tools, but if my entire box was all Snap-on I'd be broke and in debt. I strive to buy USA whenever possible and spend the extra money for Quality where it counts
@@NoNonsenseKnowHow likewise. There are lots of manufacturers out there that make equally great tools, for a fraction of the price. Stay safe, and keep washing your hands ✌🏼
I've noticed in your other videos, though this one illustrates it very well, that you seem to be a very practical person. Your approach to tools doesn't seem to be any different. You've got high end stuff where it's necessary and less expensive stuff where it's not. It's good for new technicians to see a professional taking this approach to tools so that they don't blow their entire load on the truck and end up in serious debt which is all too common in the automotive field.
Yeah you hit the nail on the head. I definitely look at everything in life in a very practical way. I'm all about Snap-on and other high quality USA made tools but I certainly couldn't afford to have an entire tool box full of that. Especially since I have a complete set of duplicate tools edit by Home garage. Anything I get at work I usually will get a duplicate of it for my house since I do a lot of wrenching at home.
