I have thyroid tirads 3 nodules both left and right at my thyroid cysts then ako pero sabi ng doctor is observe lang muna kasi less than 2cm siya at yung cysts .40mm pa lang. I need to go back after 3 months for another ultrasound. But now ang ginagawa ko ay gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free diet, plus selenium, zinc, d3 + k2, cod liver oil supplements, ng iodizer salt na rin ako kasi dati hindi, tapos ng castor oil pack ako every night At too po yun pag malapit sa panginuon hindi po tayo takot mamatay.
too too po ba yung caster oil po? yung sa akin isang 3cm triad 3 wala akong ginawa po, isoechoic, smooth, composition: solid ano po ginawa mo po? mai shrinkage ba? yung sa akin kase wala akong ginawa go with the flow sa buhay, alam ko nagiging ganito ako dahil sa chronic stress, work relationship and more, ngayo focus sako sa stress free hehe. lalaki po ako ... basta alam ko stress at force diet ang cause nito, ina avoid ko lahat mga tamis at asin, palagi ako chopsoy at mamsa na isda, at root beer, after yun ng panic attack ako tapos ito dyan na laman ko may cyst pala ako lol
