This is probably the best arrangement of the song I’ve seen. Most choirs have this weird, high, uneven harmony buzzing through the whole thing.

Glad you noticed. This song was part of our Anime Spectacular 2.0 concert at The Rose Theater in Westminster. We are working towards having another Anime Spectacular, Fall 2021. ^_^

Its beautiful but in this particular song the the Sopranos are the lead they need to be louder.
I thought that too. It didnt sound like they had too many Sopranos. And one of the female was doing the chest/head voice while the other was actually hitting the note.

this arrangement was written by the famous UKRAINIAN conductor, composer, arranger Ruben Tolmachov. It is dedicated to the tragedy at the nuclear power plant in Fukushima. He wrote it for the boys' and youths' choir "Dzvinochok", which he has been leading for 25 years. It is very pleasant that the composition has spread around the world and many choirs perform it
