Sir aapne ye acha bataya ki aap cooker ko Kam se kam use karte hai, saath hi utensils ka sahi upyog Kiya, masale bhi umda use kiye lakin mughlai ke naam pe 4 diffrent fats (oil, curd,cream and butter) ka use kar liya bataiye cholesterol level ka kya hoga😅 ek time me ek hi fat use kare to sehat bhi or swad bhi.
