To be fair Goldbridge only says what a lot of United fans think, he's certainly not malicious towards Rashford and often defends him , as Mark said he or someone close just read the thumbnail and reacted without watching.

The problem with TUS in recent times has been the misleading thumbnails. Lots of content creators do it to get more views, but it is undeniable click bait. Titles like that insinuate certain things that are very rarely actually the case. They know exactly what they’re doing.

It’s not just rashford a lot of players are unhappy about people talking about them in a way they don’t like (look at Maguire and how much the media coddle him), even if it’s constructive criticism. Sadly a lot of so called pundits have sided with such players and are essentially enabling them. Rashford needs to walk the walk on the pitch and stop worrying about people’s opinions of him. I think some players just need to be more realistic about the nature of being a Premier League player in the modern game.

I said this on another video, that Rashford undoubtedly has talent, but his career is in serious jeopardy while at Man Utd. If he wants to ressurect it, he needs to remove himself from the pressure cooker that is the club at the moment, and prove his talent elsewhere. People on that thread started saying "Nobody will match his wages". Fine, but if he's happy letting his career die he needs to accept it. Otherwise, he has the choice of a permanent move (domestically or abroad), or take a loan move. The former can be achieved if Man Utd's appetite is whetted by money (this will also get him off the wage bill), with the former only being possible if Man Utd want to retain his potential while looking after their man. Because clearly, as long as he's at Man Utd, especially at this current moment in time, he is not going to be able to demonstrate that he is indeed the player we (mostly) all think he could and should be. Man Utd definitely have options here, it just depends on their strategy. But surely Rashford's agent needs to be making a few calls...
He should have gone to Villa at least 5 years ago, because that's his level. Instead he's helped turn MUFC into Villa. Congrats!

Firstly, Man Utd aren't "Villa level". Only Villa are "Villa level", so that's an unquantifiable statement right there. But if you think that say league position is an indicator of 'level', then Man Utd are below Villa's level...
Secondly, he would not fit into Villa's setup. Villa don't need him and they don't really need his type of player (unless he's more flexible than he's previously shown). True, he'd do a better job than Zaniolo but he wouldn't track back either, and I don't feel he'd press. Plus Zaniolo is a stop gap for the injuries to Ramsay and to a lesser extent, Buendia. Both of whom fit Villa's style of play better than Rashford would.

As such, it refers neither to a single team nor to a single league position. Man Utd have made lots of bad decisions since Fergie left, and by far the worst one was giving Rashford a new contract never mind the £350,000 per week! They should have sold him to PSG when they came in for him. He’s a PSG type of player as well if you know what I mean.

I do not rate Rashford as a player even though im a United fan. He's just not that good and is overrated because he's British. I would rather favour Grealish, Sterling, Foden or even Sancho on the left for England. There's many left wingers in the PL which are just better and more consistent. We should've sold him.

The criticism of Rashford by Utd fans is out of proportion. He has fantastic stats in 3 out of the last 4 years, and compared to Anthony and Martial , his criticism is too much. I am a Utd fan and watch Goldbridge's United stand and it is clear to me, in trying to defend non English players against the biased English media, he goes too far the other way. In my opinion Rashford has been poor this season but less poor than most of United's other front players- Garnacho the one exception.
1.4 million pounds given to him every 4 weeks for 1 goal this season, if he wasn't on those wages we wouldn't be half as pissed, not once has he justified that contract

Rashford has never been used as a scapegoat. His form spiked last year and lets be truthful about it. BUT there are many players not performing...Bruno, Antony, Mount.. .. ... Rashford needs to learn how to pass and stay off social media. He gets paid quite well to play Football. Rashford is an annoying player. I can show you literally hours of Rashford pathetic work rate moments that led to us conceding goals. He contributes NOTHING to our passage of play, contributes NOTHING to our defensive play when we lose the ball, contributes NOTHING to our build up play from the back (wouldn’t track back to ensure a safe link from our LB to midfield. Won’t run five yards to press the ball or block a dangerous space, rarely wins any 50-50 battles. Too selfish to link up play or pass to the striker in the final third. But most annoying, he crumbles, chickens out, and disappears when the going gets tough. He goes into a shell strolling around with head bowed and looking gloomy. If those calling the shots knew anything about football, they would’ve cashed in when PSG & Barca were willing to pay £200m for him. He’s a £50m player at best.
