Everything is cheap because Bulgaria is not rich.
Looks good, but the people cant speak English there... And sadly there's lots of racism there as well. Been in Varna for almost 8 months now and will leave in 2 weeks.

When you gave russians the cyrilic alphabet and now everyone thinks you speak russian 😓🙄 its alot diffrent from russian, bulgarians cannot understand russian unless they studied it
Bulgarian is based Cyrilic. Very similar to Russian with many word same. It's so difficult to learn and speak correctly. If you know Russian, then you will be okay. However, If you only know English, then you will be stuffed if you want to travel around. For instance, catching a Taxi or bus. Try telling driver you only want to go to next town. Lot's of older Bulgarians have those jobs and they don't do English. You could get lucky and get a young guy if you're lucky, they speak English. But good luck!

Bulgaria is a very poor third world country , but looks great in summer !
Bulgaria is not 3rd world country, but developing country. Also Bulgaria is not as poor, 90% of people have their own properties, usually house and an apartment, plus land and little debt. You should educate yourself a little. Bulgaria is not only nice during summer but during the whole year.
