The bar staff are so so friendly too. Best meals we had are at friends which is across from the hotel. Hotel lira also does nice meals too. But if you go on to the beach about half way down the strip called Hawaii they do amazing food too.

we didn't have a problem with the prices with Hawaii prices. we had one meal at Sunny days it was not fit for a dog. We asked for meatballs which where supposed to be handmade. it was more like tinned dog food totally disgusting.
@jillthornham-allison3356 at Hawaii they charged me a Different Price to what was listed on the menu, check the price carefully, ask for a Receipt and check your Change carefully if you go there! The Best Restaurants are La Flor, Bolero, Iris Garden, Serbian Grill etc

Great content. Im coming out on Tuesday 28th with my 3 kids. Were staying all inclusive at aqua Nevis park hotel but would still like get out about the place in between meal times ect but people iv spoken to have told me to be very cautious of pick pockets being every where, the safes in Bulgaria hotels are tampered with by maids , half the people on buses are sent by mafia to pick pocket ect. A single dad going with my children im now anxious about the holiday 🤦any advice reassurance welcome.
Fantastic video but I am not sure it is the 24th of May. When I was in Sunny Beach less than 2 years ago it was 2 hours ahead of the UK,not a full day. 😂

I have lots of Tours from Varna on my Channel and from Golden Sands, I was there last summer. Whats it like in Ozbor? And how many Minutes bus ride from Sunny B to Ozbor ?
@@travelwithcol4625 Obzor is roughly half way between Sunny beach and Varna, Ive only stopped off for 15 mins or so each time, a friend of mine has stayed there and said it's more for couples and families.

2 questions regarding money Col. 1st, do you get charged for withdrawing cash from the cash machine at the bank using a debit card? 2nd, if you carry cash over in ya wallet, do they ask stupid questions about it at the airport? Stupid questions to some, but my 1st trip abroad next week.
No they ask no Questions at the Airport if you carry Cash with you and it depends which machine you use here, some charge commission and some don’t, maybe use the Fi Bank on Flower st or Co-Operative Bank, do Not use EuroNet machines. Depends if you want to drink Bulgarian beer or a normal Branded International beer ? What beer do you drink? A pint of Bulgarian Tap beer is around 6 Leva (£2.60) in the main bars on the strip. International beers cost much more, Guiness is 11 or 12 Leva and a small Corona cost me 9-10 leva at some bars on the strip. Like most other places in Europe, Bulgaria was a cheap holiday,but it's now getting expensive. I went Turkey in May and the prices there now are criminal.

I live in the Middle East and can’t find places that exchange my local currency for Bulgarian Lev, so I just bring euro notes with me and have to exchange them wherever in Bulgaria.
Nora you must go to an official bank to change your money if you want the Best Rates and Not to a currency Exchange. The Rates are Bad at the currency exchange shops here in Bulgaria compared to the banks. Notice that the board outside the Shop on this Video shows the Sell Rate which is Misleading and not the Buy Rate

we fly from Humberside on Friday 31st but get to sunny beach on the 1st we are at ivana hotel

Coach trip to Varna about 1 hour 45 it normally stops at lovely Little resort of Obzor for approx 15 mins only

@Slanche1974 Dog 5 is the Only NightClub / Disco in Burgas, I was told that the local people get smashed drunk there so I hope it’s safe
