So nice, I been looking at financing one of these for years, would be paying the same amount of insurance on my 1.4 Corsa so might aswell go for it😂do you have any tips on what to look out for and should I bother with 2.0 or stick to 1.4?
Depends what you want and depends what years, if you want to send a car and have some reliable power always go for the 2.0 if you’re not that bothered about power and tuning capabilities then go for the 1.4. My uncle has the 1.4 and it’s still pretty decent with a tune
I never really sorted the fuel range issue out as it tells me how much fuel is left and I go off that. However besides from that it’s pretty solid tbh, I 100% would recommend having it done
@ ye that’s what I thought too but did u make a mistake in the video or is yours a converted 2.0 tsi and not an actual R? Was just curious as to whether or not yours was a conversion
The polo GTi are dq200 not dq250 The dq200 has issues with the mechatronics and clutch packs as they are dry clutch The dq250 does not have the same issues, they are tested to 700nm on stage 3 setups perfectly fine Yes mechs go wrong but nowhere near as often as you make out.
Polo 6C was a DQ250, the polo I’m referring too as it’s roughly the same year as mine. I’ve heard the stories and seen myself how unreliable they can be when pushing bigger power through them.
mate your car is insane
Likewise to you mate, appricate it
Hith car ith inthane you mean HAHHAHAHHAH
nice car man
Thank you mate, appreciate it a ton!
There is 1 or 2 4wd conversions out there (mostly s3 running gear) a lot of work but worth it.
Yhh I’ve seen that hamza building a 4wd scirocco r but it’s a bit out my budget at the moment aha
I’ve had issues with one side always fogging up and found it was a loose cap that caused. Maybe check your cap to access the bulbs if you have one.
Yh I did change both bulbs not recently tbf but hasn’t happened in a while so just left it but will double check

The wheels look great my friend.
Thank you mate, appricate it👌🏽
Nice one! Can we have the link for the digital dashboard please? btw is it a R what you have?
It’s not an R it’s a 2.0 TSI, digital dash was a present
Haha I actually have the same wheels and the Maxton stuff on my scirocco r I love em
Send a pic over to my Instagram, would love to see that👌🏽
does anyone know if the adaptive suspension still works with coils etc
Depends on the shockers you use
pinkslips on the corsa?
Got to be done
How its going months later with the digital dash? Any issues? Its reliable? Thanks!

u said this has the ea888 engine but all the R's came with the ea113, has it been converted? got a 2.0 tsi myself which is the ea888
EA888 is the 1.8T & 2.0T, the facelift Rs came with a EA113 engine same as the MK5 GTI.

@@bengarrett2643 mine is just the normal 2.0 EA888 engine same
did you put R seats in Scirocco
No mate, they came when I purchased the car
you should look up on the Aspect spoiler!
I kinda like but it’s too much personally. I think if you’ve got that spoiler you need the full kit
What’s the link to the digital dash mate?
It was a Christmas present mate, sure it’s from aliexpress though. Worth every penny but shipping was a while
How much did you lower it mate?
I honestly couldn’t tell you, I just wound it down until I was satisfied
👍🏼
🙌🏽
do you have the links to buy the digital clocks and the carbon led steering wheel?
I don’t no mate, both was a Christmas present
