They ruined her air movement, fish no longer takes a hit for you and doesn’t have a laser version, wings of light and Gamma Ray are just expensive gimmicks, Michael sword looks decent, but nothing special. The thing you actually need to be scared of is the potential to be frozen into setups, resets, and mixups.

(Expensive but an option) - IT COST BAR lol so if you want max value you need to not burn the meter and in a game like this you need to always burn the meter. Especially when you obtain a positive bonus from Gold Burst or Wall break. - You have wild assault White, Blue, Red Since Dizzy has to be aggressive she has to be in your face meaning she is susceptible to Throws and reversals. God forbid you have an ice field where now both YOU AND THE OPPONENT can slide giving you more options for burst approach or ways to disengage...Happy Chaos Vs dizzy is gonna be Horrible for her. - you have That Orange FD that cost half Burst free neutral reset and now she is away from you and can't drain your HP anymore and will now have to either cancel it or run the risk of draining all of her meter (giving you time to reestablish pressure or hit her for doing it if you have the tools to punish it.)
- Regular FD push her back and make her commit and in pressure and now she's spaced out she likes to be at mid range but if she wants the wings to get any value she has to go against her character design and rush down. Since she lost all forms of Mix from Accent core/XRD Rev 2 she's not gonna open you up like she could before. - you have YRC...50% of your bar vs a "Chance" Of having your HP sucked dry. She does any pressure just YRC and she lost her wings and you are plus

Trust me it's a Gimmick nothing more.

Wings of light is probably extremely niche in practice. It doesn't go away on block, but nothing was said on hit, so you can probably jab her out of it. The set up time plus the fact you need it to have 100% meter when it pops means you have to not make a mistake for a long time, and without using meter to RC in the meantime. It looks more like a win more flex than anything.

She may not lose anything if it goes away on hit, but she'll have to set it back up and reset the timer. Plus it doesn't work from a far range so it's not like she can full screen destroy your hp with it.
