I am in the market for a new scarifier. The smoke produced by the engine when starting the machine concerns me. There are lots of people in the industry complaining about Weibang producing too much smoke. Any thoughts. Thank you .
Ar that smoke on initial start up was only due to me not turning the choke off quick enough. This can happen with any engine, this Briggs & Stratton engine would also be very common on a lot of other brands of Scarifiers. We’ve sold a lot of Weibang equipment and have not personally had issues with smoky engines. Do you have any reference to these issues you could send us please? Weibang do use several different engines from a few manufacturers, so it would be really interesting to gauge this. Thank you for your interest.
How easy is the aerator to manover once its not in transport mode. Say for instance you want to go around a circle patio in the lawn would you beable to follow the curve obviously within reason or is it straight from 1 side, turn and then back. Many thanks
Thank you for your question. You can achieve a gentle curve quite easily but a tight curve you would run the risk of bending the tines, as with most aerators. It’s best to do strait lines 👍🏼
They look a proper bit of kit! Can’t go wrong with weibang got one of their mowers and it’s fantastic, Great vid James 👍
Thanks mate, we love all their machines 😀

@@MachineryNation thank you for the prompt response. Do you know if the hollow tines are available to purchase separately in the uk?
@@Bossko1986 do you mean the replacement tines? If so yes 👍🏼
